Victoria has been with Perma Safety since 2008. As Vice President of Operations, she is responsible for all daily operations. Victoria implements and executes operating strategies to improve revenue generation and profitability. She is also involved in all aspects of logistics and project planning. Victoria directs our continuous improvement programs for customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Perma Safety, Victoria served in the United States Navy. During her twenty five year career as a Naval Officer, her roles were diverse and included progressively more responsible leadership, management, and supervisory experience. Victoria established expertise in human resources, administration, and project management. She currently serves as the Membership Director for the Executive Women of Lake Norman.
