Customers have 30 calendar days to return an unopened item(s) from the date your delivery confirmation is received. In order to return an item(s), it must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Your item(s) may not be in used condition. Used condition is an item, which has been opened and used.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. During the refund process, we will notify you of the status until final refund has been issued. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
