Janis has been a co-owner of Perma Safety since 2000. She is actively involved in overseeing all facets of operations. Janis is responsible for creating and prioritizing company goals, while using metrics to measure success at every step. She concentrates on asset and revenue management, as well as sales and marketing, with the objective of maximizing financial performance and improving product positioning.
Prior to joining Perma Safety, Janis spent many years in a managerial capacity in Project Management and Training at software development companies, as well as the non profit sector. She is a member of the National Association of Women Owned Businesses and the San Diego County Hotel-Motel Association (SDHMA).
