We do not require rooms to be out of service. We work in vacant, vacant dirty, occupied, etc. and are in and out of rooms quickly. Bathtubs and showers can be used 8 hours later. This benefit differentiates us from our competitors, who require a 24 hour dry time.
We service between 20-30 tubs per day, depending on the services being performed. If we are removing an existing product from your bathtub, we service 20 tubs per day.
Our products are water based products vs. oil based like our competitors. Water based products are less toxic then oil based coatings. Water based coatings are fast drying, low odor, easier and less costly to remove and dispose of at regular tub maintenance time. The benefit to you is no lost revenue due to putting rooms out of order, no disruption to hotel operations, and no fumes to bother guests.
Our application process begins with deep cleaning the tub bottom to remove all contaminants. Chemicals are then applied for superior adhesion. Lastly, using a template, our coatings are rolled onto the tub bottom resulting in a uniform application that blends into the tub.
Our process is quiet and seamless and our products are virtually odor free, guaranteeing no disruption to guests.
The non skid typically lasts from 4-6 years with proper care. Proper care means no ScotchBrite pads, Magic Erasers, brushes, abrasives, bleaches, or acidic products. Bleach and vinegar will cause coating to yellow.
A general all purpose cleaner, like Ecolab pink spray, and a wet cloth. Rinse with water. Procter and Gamble and Johnson Diversy also work well with our non skid.

Full bathtub refinishing is a method by which the entire bathtub is sprayed with a resin, inside and out. It requires a room to be out of service for 24-48 hours. The fumes are extremely potent and will permeate the halls. It is quite costly, running several hundred dollars per unit.
Conversely, an anti slip coating is applied with a roller to the bottom of the bathtub in an approximate 15”X38” area. This covers any worn areas of the bathtub bottom. The sides, ledges and outside of the bathtub is left unchanged. It is a faster process, less expensive and reduces room down time.
Our clear non slip coating can be applied to shower floors to preserve the look of the surface. If there is damage, we can use our white anti slip coating to rejuvenate the surface. We often hear, “We don’t need to do our showers”, however, we disagree. One slip in the shower, and a potential lawsuit ensues.
